TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. PROMOTER & PARTNERS

1.1 The promoter of the “10bet Big Sport Quiz” (the “Promotion”) is HOT 102.7 FM (Pty) Ltd (“Hot 102.7 FM”).

1.2 The Promotion is presented in partnership with 10bet (“10bet”).

1.3 By entering this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by:

1.3.1 these Promotion Terms & Conditions;

1.3.2 the General 10bet Terms & Conditions (https://www.10bet.co.za/help/terms-and-conditions/) and the 10bet General Promotional Terms(https://www.10bet.co.za/help/promotional-terms/);

1.3.3 the standard Terms & Conditions of Hot 102.7 FM (Terms – HOT 102.7FM);

1.3.4 all applicable South African laws and regulations.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

2.1 The Promotion runs every Thursday during Hot 102.7 FM Drive between 2 October 2025 and 3 September 2026 (inclusive).

2.2 The Promoter and 10bet reserve the right to amend quiz dates in the event of public holidays, programming changes, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Entry is open only to natural persons who:

3.1.1 Are South African residents;

3.1.2 Are 18 years of age or older;

3.1.3 Have a valid South African identity document or valid passport;

3.1.4 Are not employees, agents, contractors or immediate family members of Hot 102.7FM, 10bet, or any promotional agency involved.

3.2 Participants may only enter in their own name and must be personally available for live telephonic participation.

3.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 To enter, listeners must:

4.1.1 WhatsApp their full name and the hashtag #10bet to 083 453 1027; OR

4.1.2 Enter via the online entry form linked on the Hot 102.7 FM Promotion page.

4.2 Standard data and messaging rates may apply.

5. PROMOTION FORMAT

5.1 Each Thursday, one eligible participant will be randomly selected to participate live on air.

5.2 The selected participant will be asked three (3) sports trivia questions.

5.3 Each correct answer earns R1 000 (One Thousand Rand) in cash, up to a maximum of R3 000 (Three Thousand Rand) per contestant.

5.4 Cash prizes will be paid in accordance with Hot 102.7 FM’s standard payment procedures. 10bet shall not be responsible for payment of any cash prizes.

5.5 Hot 102.7 FM shall not be responsible for call disconnections, signal failures, technical interruptions, or any event that prevents the participant from completing the quiz once live.

5.6 Participation in the live quiz is at the participant’s own risk. The Promoter’s decision regarding question validity, correctness of answers, and quiz outcome shall be final and binding.

6. 10BET PLAYER BENEFIT

6.1 If a weekly winner is a registered 10bet player who has placed and settled at least one real-money bet on the 10bet platform during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which they are selected to participate live in the quiz, excluding the day of selection, their verified cash winnings will be matched by 10bet with a Sports Bonus in the form of free play credits of an equivalent value, subject to the qualification requirements and wagering conditions set out below.

6.2 The Sports Bonus will be credited to the winner’s verified and active 10bet account, provided the account is fully compliant with our Terms and Conditions and does not have a negative balance.

6.3 The Sports Bonus:

6.3.1 May be used on any sport available on the 10bet platform;

6.3.2 Is subject to a five (5) times wagering requirement;

6.3.3 Is subject to minimum odds. Only bets placed at minimum odds of 2.0 (decimal) or higher will count towards meeting the wagering requirement.

6.3.4 Must be used within seven (7) days of being credited, failing which it will automatically expire. If the wagering requirement is not fully met within this seven (7) day period, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited.

6.3.5 Is not cash and may not be withdrawn directly.

6.4 Any winnings derived from the Sports Bonus will only be withdrawable once the full wagering requirement has been met in accordance with 10bet’s applicable promotional terms and conditions.

6.5 Participants must hold a fully verified 10bet account and comply with all Know Your Customer (KYC), FICA, and regulatory requirements before the Sports Bonus will be credited.

6.6 Participants who are self-excluded, suspended, restricted, or not in good standing with 10bet at the time of qualification will not be eligible to receive the Sports Bonus.

6.7 10bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Sports Bonus in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, manipulation, or breach of its Terms & Conditions.

6.8 The Sports Bonus is subject to 10bet’s General Terms & Conditions and the 10betGeneral Promotional Terms including any other applicable Terms and conditions, available at www.10bet.co.za.

6.9 10bet’s decision regarding eligibility for the Sports Bonus shall be final and binding.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

7.1. Prizes consist of cash and, where applicable, a matched Sports Bonus as outlined above.

7.2. Neither the cash prize nor the Sports Bonus is transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for other goods or services.

7.3. Winners will be contacted live on air via the telephone number provided at entry. If a selected participant cannot be reached or declines participation, Hot 102.7 FM reserve the right to select an alternative contestant.

7.4. Contestants who qualify for the Sports Bonus will be contacted by a 10betrepresentative following verification, which may take up to forty (40) days from the date of live quiz participation.

7.5. 10bet and Hot 102.7 FM reserve the right to change prize conditions and/or to vary, suspend or cancel the promotion at its own discretion for reasonable and/or justifiable reasons and without notice. In such event you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against 10bet and Hot 102.7 FM and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against 10bet and Hot 102.7 FM.

8 GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Hot 102.7 FM and 10bet reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.

8.3 Hot 102.7 FM and 10bet are not responsible for technical failures, network issues, system errors, or participant device issues.

8.4 Hot 102.7 FM and 10bet reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.

9 LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

9.1 Participants enter at their own risk.

9.2 By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the participants and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold 10bet and Hot 102.7 FM, their Directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors harmless from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participating in the promotion, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize.

10 PRIVACY

10.1 By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

10.2 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to take part in reasonable live and/or post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in such activities.

10.3 Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) (POPIA).

11 GOVERNING LAW

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

13. The prize will be delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days after the winner has been successfully contacted and verified. Delivery timelines may be extended in the event of unforeseen delays, logistical issues or circumstances beyond 10bet’s control and 10bet accepts no liability for any such delays.
